With our building renovation nearly complete and our church family growing, there has never been a more exciting time to get involved! At Crossroads, we believe that your unique gifts, abilities, and passions are meant to be shared.

When we serve together, we do more than just fill a schedule—we paint a living picture of God’s grace and put our faith into active motion. Serving is also one of the most powerful ways to build deep roots, create lasting friendships, and truly feel connected to the Crossroads community.

Immediate Need: Snow Team

We are looking for volunteers to help shovel and salt the handicap areas and sidewalks at 8:30 AM on Sunday mornings.

Schedule: Just 1 or 2 Sundays from January through March.
Requirement: This is “on-call” based on the weather—if there’s no snow, you’re off the hook!

Connect Team

Help Us Make Everyone Feel at Home!

Be part of the team that sets the tone for our entire Sunday morning! We are looking for friendly faces to join our Hospitality & Connections Team. Whether you’re a “people person” or prefer to serve behind the scenes, there’s a perfect spot for you to help welcome our church family and guests.

Ways You Can Serve:

Greeters: Provide a warm welcome and a friendly smile at the front doors.
Coffee Bar: Keep the coffee fresh and the conversations flowing!
Ushers: Welcome people that are entering for worship, help people find the perfect seat, set out extra chairs when necessary to make sure the service starts as smoothly as possible.
Sunday Baking: Use your gift for baking to provide treats for our Sunday morning fellowship.
Connect Desk: Be a resource for newcomers—help them find their way, learn about events, or get set up on our church app.

Help Wanted: Tech Team Volunteers

Are you tech-savvy or interested in what happens behind the scenes to make Sunday mornings possible? Our Tech Team is looking for reliable, detail-oriented volunteers to help create a seamless worship experience. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just eager to learn, we have a place for you in the booth!

Available Roles:

Sound Tech: Operate the soundboard to ensure clear audio for the in-person congregation and the livestream.
Visual Tech: Run ProPresenter to advance worship lyrics, sermon slides, and announcement loops.
Live Stream Tech: Operate cameras for our broadcast, managing various camera angles and transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Execution: Monitor and manage your designated station (audio, visuals, or cameras) throughout the service.
Problem Solving: Assist with basic computer troubleshooting or equipment setup as needed.
Collaboration: Work as a “team player” to ensure all technical elements of the service are synchronized.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
A heart for service and a focus on the church community.
Soundboard Tech: Previous experience with soundboards is preferred.
Visual Tech -Experience with ProPresenter is a bonus, but not required—we are happy to train you!

Time Commitment:

Sunday mornings (typically 1–2 times per month).

Preschool/Kids Team

Nursery & Preschool: Care for our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a nurturing environment.
Elementary (K-5th): Engage school-age kids through stories, activities, and mentorship.

Youth Group Leaders: Your Passion Makes a Difference!

Join the Crossroads Youth Leadership Team!

The Mission: Mentor students and build life-changing relationships.
The Commitment: Sundays or Wednesdays, 6–8 PM.
The Fun: Weekly hangouts + Retreats in and Summer Camp in July!
The Role: Simple! Hang out, help out, and lead a 3-question discussion.
