You’re Invited: Renovation Celebration!

Get ready for a fantastic all-family event as we kick off our Renovation Celebration! Join us on August 3, 2025, for a fun-filled day designed to bring our community together and raise vital funds for our church building renovations, tentatively set to begin this September.

Our Renovation Vision & Financial Goal

Our initial budget for this renovation project was $150,000. It was recently brought to our attention that this budget did not include new furniture, which will add approximately $30,000 to the total cost. We are excited to share that we have already saved $100,000 towards this project! Our ultimate goal is to complete these essential renovations without incurring any debt. Your participation in this celebration will directly help us achieve this.

What to Expect at the Celebration!

We’ll provide the main dishes but we’d love for you to bring your favorite side dish to share (that serves 20) for our potluck! The kids (and kids at heart!) will have a blast with a bounce house, lively bingo games, and other fun activities. You’re welcome to bring a friend – everyone is welcome!

How You Can Support Our Project

This is a wonderful opportunity to support our church’s future! On this special Sunday, we invite families to consider making a pledge towards our renovation goal, helping us offset some of the upcoming expenses.

We’re also looking for contributions to our Silent Auction. Do you have gift cards, unique experiences, rounds of golf, movie tickets to donate? Every item helps!

And remember our popular “White Elephant” bin from 2023? Start digging through your unwanted gift stash! These items will become our exciting bingo prizes once again.

Volunteer Opportunities!

We need your help to make this celebration a huge success! This will be a fun family day to celebrate and raise funds for our upcoming building renovation. We’re looking for volunteers to assist with:

• Set up
• Food management
• Bingo assistance
• Bounce house monitoring
• Silent Auction assistance
• Clean-up crew

Donation Drop-off

You can drop off your silent auction and white elephant donations at the Church on or before Sunday, July 27, 2025.
