OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD 2025!
As we wrap up 2025 we need to share the stats of the impact of Operation Christmas Child!
We collected 10,435 shoeboxes and had over 280 families, churches and groups drop off their shoebox gifts during collection week. 🎁
80+ volunteers helped at our Crossroads drop off and served over 600 hours to get our boxes ready to head to the processing center.

We loaded 4 trailers with a total of 18,728 shoeboxes! 🚚🎁💪📦
The Greater Grand Rapids area OCC team (Kent, Ottawa and Muskegon counties) packed a total of 36,697 shoebox gifts!
🎉🥳🙌🏼 (This doesn’t count the boxes that were built online)
Our boxes are now at the Charlotte processing center and will begin their journey around the world soon! 🌎🙏

In loving memory of our friend, Dick Charlefour, we’re aiming to include a soccer ball in as many Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes as possible—just as he always did!

Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025 @ 6:30PM- Bishop Hill Packing Party
Join us for a family-friendly packing party with the residents at Bishop Hills! Every shoebox packed makes a real impact! This is a unique opportunity for both a local and a global outreach. You’ll be helping the residents at Bishop Hills get involved in a meaningful service project, while also helping deliver the gospel to children all over the world.
Kids are welcome, and this is a great chance to show them what it means to make a difference. We can’t wait to see you there!
Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025– 2-5PM – Community Wide Packing Party at the OCC warehouse located at
11650 Northland Dr. Rockford, MI (BEHIND the Continental Baptist Missions Office). Help us reach our goal to pack 700 shoeboxes!

If you didn’t have an opportunity to pack a shoebox but would like to participate, our November item of the month is $10 for shipping! Your contribution of $10 will get a shoebox to a child on the other side of the world.

OCC PRAYER GROUP
Currently meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of every month for an hour, 11AM-12PM at Crossroads. We pray specifically for our local OCC area team, the domestic and international OCC staff, our OCC ministry partners in the receiving countries and the millions of shoebox recipients. We would love to have you join us!
