The energy surrounding our building project is incredible, and we are so close to realizing the vision God has laid on our hearts! We are creating dynamic new spaces specifically designed to foster genuine fellowship, deepen connections, and welcome people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

🔥 The 4-Week Furnish Our Future Challenge

We are reaching out today with a transparent and enthusiastic update. As we enter this final push, we have one challenge left to tackle together: fully furnishing our welcoming lobby and gathering spaces!

While we’ve worked hard to reduce construction costs, we still need to raise the necessary funds to complete the furniture needs. We are not discouraged! We are turning this challenge into a powerful moment of community unity and action. We simply cannot let this final, vital step stall the progress of creating this welcoming home for all.

Update 10/14/25:

The launch of our renovation is right around the corner! We expect to see activity starting after October 27th.

We have most of our contractors and flooring lined up, with flooring installation expected in about five weeks. We’re finalizing the furniture details. The custom cabinetry for the coffee bar may be the last item installed due to its longer lead time, but we’re happy to improvise until it’s complete!

Work will primarily happen during weekday daytime hours, with the possibility of some Saturday work as well.

UPDATE – 9/23/25

Wondering about our building project? We’re making progress! We’re are now in the process of collecting bids and lining up our contractors.

We’ll definitely need volunteers for a future demolition day, and we appreciate everyone who has already offered to help. Once we have the dates and times confirmed we’ll make an announcement with the details.

Another way to help is by supporting our fundraising efforts. We’ve made great progress, but we still need to raise $42,269.36 by the end of 2025 to complete the project debt-free.

UPDATE – 9/9/25 

Things are happening! You may have noticed some subtle changes as we’ve shuffled offices, reconstructed the printer room, and cleared out the space for our new kitchen. All of this was in preparation for the construction to come.

After weeks of planning and discussion, we’re excited to report that we have the final construction drawings from our architectural and design team. The project manager will review these plans, and then we’ll begin collecting bids from subcontractors.

The project team is meeting weekly and will continue to share updates as progress is made.

 

UPDATE – 7/1/25

BUDGET UPDATE: Our initial budget for this renovation project was $150,000. It was recently brought to our attention that this budget did not include new furniture, which will add approximately $30,000 to the total cost. We are excited to share that we have already saved $100,000 towards this project! Our ultimate goal is to complete these essential renovations without incurring any debt.
